Characteristics

 

 

  • Each effect is a ToneCore® module compatible with all ToneCore® docks mono or stereo.
  • All the modules sold by PK Effects are reusable, since no modifications have been performed to them. As so, it is possible to reset the program inside to transform it into other effects. Of course, reprogramming an effect will cause the loss of the previous program.
  • ToneCore® docks are not sold by PK Effects. You can get them directly from Line6® or in any other music store.
  • Each effect is prepared individually, being evaluated at each stage the integrity of its features.
 
Purchase Conditions

 

 

Price and means of payment

  • The price of each effect varies depending on several factors:
    • The price of the program
    • The price of the module
    • Packaging and delivering costs
  • The price of each effect is flexible. To take advantage of the benefits of the ToneCore® modules, if you already have one, the price of the module can be deducted from the final price. The packaging and delivering costs will vary depending on the destination. If you have the posibility to come and get it directly in Belgium, these costs can also be deducted.
  • Means of payment:
    • Bank transfer: You will receive all the information about this process once we receive your purchase order.
    • PayPal payment: If you want to use PayPal, you will receive a payment invitation via the PayPal Mail solution.

Delivering Delay

  • Once we have recieved your purchase order, an email will be sent giving you all the details about the estimated delivering delay depending on your adress.
  • Your purchases will be prepared and sent once we have recieved your payment.
  • The delivering delay includes the time it takes to prepared each effect.
  • The modules sold by PK Effects are made by Line6®. So, our stock depends on the stock of Line6®.
 
Warranty

 

 

Money-back satisfaction warranty

  • Once we had sent you the product, you will have 20 days to return us the module in its original state and package. As soon as we receive your module, your money will be sent back to you (except for delivering costs).
  • Please, take contact with us before sending your module. Once your request is accepted, we will invite you to send the module back.

Manufacturing Warranty

  • Effects from PK Effects are tested before being sent, thus the probability of encountering manufacturing problems is minimal. However, in case of problems, a 1 year warranty is at your disposal.
  • Be careful to check that the problem is being caused by the module. As the module interacts with the dock, the problem may not come from the module. It could be wise to test the dock with another module so as to determine the true origin of the problem.
  • Please, get in touch with us before sending us the defective module. We will first analyze the problem and if necessary, we will ask you to send it us back.
 
Recommended Use

 

 

  • Each effect from PK Effects has identical technical properties to the modules sell by Line6®. Thus, you can use them exactly in the same way. Now, to my experience I would recommend to use a digital effect with a compatible power supply. Digital effects can work with batteries, but the electronic components within these effects need a lot of energy! (even when the effect is bypassed). Your autonomy will be limited. You can find compatible power supplies at the Line6® website or any other music store.
